Prosecution requests Dunaisky-66 captain be fined for 200 thousand roubles 22 February 2012,14:36

The trial at the Kazan’s Moscow District court continues.

(Kazan, February 22, Tatar-inform). State prosecution has during the trial of the Dunaisky-66 captain, Alexander Yegorov, requested the defendant be convicted, according to article 270 of Russian Penal Code, and sentenced to a fine of 200 thousand roubles.

A source at the Tatar Transport Prosecutor’s Office told Tatar-inform the lawyer was speaking.

Earlier today, the Dunaisky-66 captain’s motion to conduct an investigative experiment was denied.
