Tatarstan delegation to take part in Green Week 2012 international exhibition in Berlin
The delegation will be led by Tatarstan agriculture minister Marat Akhmetov.
(Kazan, January 17, Tatar-inform). The International Green Week agricultural exhibition’s 77th edition will on 20-29 January be held in Berlin. A delegation representing the Tatarstan agricultural industry, led by agriculture minister Marat Akhmetov, will take part in it, the Tatarstan Agriculture Ministry’s press service reports.
The agricultural producers Ak Bars Holding Company, Tatpotrebsoyuz, Vamin Tatarstan, Agrosila Group, Tatspirtprom and Maisky Greenhouses will present their products in the form of advertisement booklets and scale models. Chelny Broiler, Pestrechinka and Kazan Bread Plant will be exhibitors as well.
Over 300 symposiums, seminars, sessions and committee meetings are scheduled to take place during the event. A total of 415 thousand people from various countries are expected to visit the 2012 exhibition.
Russia has for 16 years been a Berlin exhibition’s permanent participant, putting on display new innovative technologies in agriculture, investment projects, as well as promising national food products.
The Russian section traditionally occupies a separate pavilion of 6 thousand square metres.
