Tatneft reaffirms its nature conservation activities’ compliance with global standards

The JSC Tatneft has held a regular compliance audit of the industrial, health and environmental safety integrated management system.
(Kazan, September 1, Tatar-inform). The JSC Tatneft has successfully held a regular compliance audit of the industrial, health and environmental safety integrated management system, said the company’s press service.A group of leading auditors from the Bureau Veritas Certification firm has held a regular annual audit of the industrial, health and environmental safety integrated management system used by the JSC Tatneft for its compliance with the ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards.
Based on the results of the independent inspection at the company’s executive staff, oil and gas recovery division Almetievneft and the Bugulma mechanical plant, held by BVCR, the independent auditors recommended to “extend the certificate”. Tatneft has therefore reaffirmed its environmental work’s compliance with the global standards.
Bureau Veritas Certification set up in 1828 in Antwerp, Belgium, operates on 8 business areas including sea transport, industry, inspections and audit when in service, environmental protection, consumer goods, public service and international trade.
