FC Rubin coach Kurban Berdiyev informed at the after-match press-conference yesterday that he would depart for Germany today to sign a contract with the Brazilian midfielder. “We have come to an agreement with Carlos Eduardo. Tomorrow, I’m heading for Germany where we are to sign a contract. He is a versatile player – he can play in 3 different positions,” the Kazan team chief coach said.

The transfer sum hasn’t been revealed, but according to German mass media the price diapason varies from 20 to 30 million Euros.
