4th World Forum of Tatar Youth to be held in Kazan

The forum will take place during the holy month Ramadan and the days of celebrating 20th anniversary of the Republic of Tatarstan formation.

(Kazan, August 11, Tatar-Inform). The 4th World Forum of Tatar Youth will be held in Kazan on August 27-31. It will gather 600 delegates from all over the world – Germany, China, the United States, Australia, Canada, Russian and Tatarstan regions.

There will be the following sections at the forum: “Creation of the united Tatar informational space,” “Problems of preserving national uniqueness in the conditions of mass culture dictate”, “Mechanisms of creating economic basis for development of Tatar youth public organizations,” “Significance of religious values in preservation in national identity”, “Formation of the new Tatar elite”, “Prospects of national education in the multinational country”.

Particular attention at the forum will be paid to the Russian census of population and issues of the Tatar nation unity preservation.

World Forum of Tatar Youth has been held since 2004 once in two years and is the main event which consolidates the Tatar nation’s young generation and gathers the best representatives of young Tatars from all over the world.
