The Kazan audience might this autumn see an Andrey Makarevich’s new programme called “L.O.V.E. – Songs about love”.
(Kazan, July 30, Tatar-inform, Nina Narykova). The Kazan audience might this autumn see an Andrey Makarevich’s new programme called “L.O.V.E. – Songs about love”. The programme premiered on June 17 in the Moscow International House of Music’s Svetlanov Hall.Andrey Makarevich, the Evgeny Borts trio, trumpeter Constantine Gevondyan, the A’cappella ExpreSSS vocal band played and sang eternal love songs by Bing Crosby, Nat King Cole, Platters, the Beatles and Bulat Okudzhava. A few items were performed from the Makarevich’s own repertoire.
The singer Eteri Beriashvili, member of the A’capella ExpreSSS band, told Tatar-inform the programme was to be presented in Kazan.
“I know negotiations are being held right now. It will be a great concert, where we sing the Makarevich’s favourite songs. We loved working with him, he cannot hide his delight and sees other people around him. He is a real star,” Eteri Beriashvili shared.
