The purpose of the IT-breakthrough project is to find out and support IT-technologies innovators and innovative ideas.

(Kazan, July 30, Tatar-Inform, Kristina Ivanova). Solemn opening ceremony of the regional part of the all-Russian party project of “United Russia” – “IT-breakthrough” took place on July 29 at “Baitik” computer camp.

The following officials took part in the ceremony: Tatarstan Vice-Premier – Minister of Informatization and Communication Nikolai Nikiforov, deputy secretary of the regional political council, head of the United Russia party’s regional executive committee Viktor Budarin, Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Education and Science Guzalia Minkina and others.

The purpose of the IT-breakthrough project is to find out and support IT-technologies innovators, create comfortable conditions for their work in Russia, develop the innovative spirit in the Russian society, find and implement innovative ideas.
