Minor increase of religious organizations number has been observed recently.

(Kazan, March 9, Tatar-inform). According to data of the Russian Federation Ministry of Justice for the Republic of Tatarstan Board, 1440 religious organization has been registered as for January 1, 2010 in Tatarstan (1413 for January 1, 2009).

Minor increase of religious organizations representing the main confessions – Islam and Orthodoxy has been observed recently. The website of the Board for Religious Affairs at Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers informs about it.

1087 Muslim organization were registered against the end of 2009.
