The 39-year-old was accused of striking her driver from behind and causing his head to hit the steering wheel of the car on Tuesday. By the time police arrived at the scene, Campbell had left on foot.

Reuters informed citing New York police statement today that the driver "filed a harassment complaint, but elected not to pursue criminal charges." The statement added that there would be no arrest.
