Uncultivated lands withdrawn from farmers

The measure as tough has for the first time been applied against mala fide land users in Russia.
(Kazan, February 9, Tatar-inform). The Novosibirsk region’s arbitration court has issued a ruling ordering expropriation of two land plots from careless land users, reports the Rosselkhoznadzor’s press service.“The measure as tough in relation to mala fide land users has for the first time been in practice applied in the Russian Federation,” reads the release.
According to the press service, the two uncultivated land plots of the total space of 50 hectares, owned by farmsteads, were found by inspectors in the region’s Tatar district.
