“Tatarstan Electronic Government” project awarded by the British Institute

The award of British Institute of Technologies and E-commerce “Effective management through Electronic Government” was handed in to Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov by Lord Ahmed of Rotherham. Tatarstan Premier’s Aide for international economic work Iskander Muflikhanov informed journalists about it today.
According to Iskander Muflikhanov’s words, the British Institute of Technologies and E-commerce awards were presented in different nominations on October 7 at the Science Museum.
Tatarstan Primer Minister’s assistant quoted Lord Ahmed of Rotherham as saying: “Tatarstan Electronic Government” system has surpassed an analogical project of Great Britain.” Rustam Minnikhanov made a presentation of Tatarstan economic potential at the forum.
According to Iskander Muflikhanov, Tatarstan is a pioneer in the field of implementing “Electronic Government” project in Russia. “Our system has no analogues in terms of many criteria. Only three platforms of that kind are developing in Russia at present; one of them is in Tatarstan,” he noted.
